There is a huge variety of daily activities available at the Estate including rice field walking, trekking, cycling, white water rafting, yoga, hydrotherapy circuits, meditation, Tai chi, Pilates, jungle gym, juice making classes, and LIIT, as well as spiritual experiences such as water spring blessing and water purification tour.

Succumb to the traditional, aromatic flavours of Indonesian cuisine at Kudos House or opt for a nutritionally-balanced, healthy dish at the sophisticated Glow restaurant. Healthy nutrition is at the heart of this restaurant, where every ingredient is purposefully chosen to improve performance, increase energy and regulate blood sugar levels. Other flexible dining options are available to suit your mood, including a romantic meal or a family feast in your private residence, as well as personalised diets designed by our resident nutritionist or Ayurvedic doctor.
