Grantley Hall’s Elite Retreat is a 1-night bespoke retreat package which focuses on your individual health, fitness and wellbeing. After checking in at the stunning Grantley Hall, a member of the expert team will meet with you to discuss your goals and personalised programme.
Following a healthy lunch at Three Graces Spa, a one-hour personal training session will kickstart your experience before a specialist treatment. The treatment will be recommended during the initial consultation but may include a cryotherapy session, altitude training or a body composition analysis. The day then winds down with a nutritious dinner at the resort’s Fletcher’s Restaurant before an overnight stay in a deluxe room.
The following morning begins with a healthy breakfast before a yoga or pilates class and a spa treatment to finish your stay in relaxation before a midday checkout. This luxury wellness retreat is inclusive of unlimited access to gym and spa facilities, room and full board.
